General terms and conditions of financing

1. Presentation of the Service

This document establishes the general terms and conditions applicable to the financing services offered by Flexifinanz. By applying for funding on our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility and Conditions of Access to Financing

To be eligible for funding, the applicant must:
✔ Be aged Minimum age 18 and reside in an eligible country.
✔ Provide accurate and complete information on his identity, his professional and financial situation.
✔ Not to be registered on a credit incident file unless a compensatory guarantee is provided.
✔ Respect the specific criteria depending on the type of financing requested (real estate, business, personnel, etc.).

ℹ Any false declaration may result in refusal or cancellation of financing.

3. Amount, Duration and Terms of Reimbursement

✔ Minimum amount : 100.000 € – Maximum amount : ∞ €
✔ Duration of financing : From 12 to 360 months depending on the project and eligibility.
✔ Refund : Monthly, with automatic debit from the bank account provided.
✔ Interest rate applied : From 2 %, depending on the type of financing and the borrower's profile.

📌 Any late payment may result in additional charges and a negative impact on your credit history.

4. Guarantees and Insurance

To secure your financing, we may require:
✔ A guarantee (mortgage, bank guarantee, pledge of assets).
✔ Borrower insurance covering the risks of death, disability or loss of employment.

ℹ If insurance is optional, we strongly recommend that you take out protection that is appropriate for your situation.

5. Commitments of the Applicant

By accepting these terms, the borrower agrees to:
✔ Use the funds for the purpose declared in the funding request.
✔ Payer monthly payments on the due dates sans retard.
✔ Inform immediately any change of situation (job, income, address, etc.).
✔ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

📌 Any failure to meet commitments may result in termination of financing and legal action.

6. Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
✔ They are used exclusively for the study and management of your file.
✔ They will not be never resold to third parties.
✔ You have a right of access, modification and deletion of your personal data.

7. Termination and Cancellation of Financing

Your request may be refused, cancelled or suspended in the following cases:
✔ Misrepresentation or fraud detected.
✔ Failure to comply with contractual obligations (non-payment, delay, non-use of financing).
✔ Change in financial situation jeopardizing repayment capacity.

ℹ In the event of cancellation, the applicant must immediately repay any amount due in accordance with the conditions set out in the financing contract.
